A visible path from scope to turnover.
LLV uses project records and field decisions to keep scope, testing, changes, and closeout responsibilities visible.
Coordinate
Coordinate pathways, power, grounding, doors, ceilings, millwork, network requirements, and work by others so LLV’s work is complete and aligned with the surrounding trades.
Plan
Submittals, procurement, field sequence, room readiness, access, and required shutdowns.
Install
Pathways and cable, terminations, racks, devices, labeling, and field housekeeping.
Test
Specified cable testing, device checks, punch-list tracking, and correction of LLV scope items.
Turn over
Final labels, test records, marked-up information, equipment details, and an owner or GC walkthrough.
Records
Closeout begins before the last day on site.
Labels, test data, field changes, and open items are easier to manage when they are maintained during the work.
